- The start and end time of the auction is determined by the countdown timer visible on this website. Bids will be accepted during this time period only.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to extend, terminate or modify the auction in the event of unforeseen technical difficulties that alter the proper functioning of the auction.
- The artist will set a Starting Bid for each item. The Starting Bid is the minimum amount required to participate in the auction for that item. Bids that fall below the Starting Bid will be discarded.
- Bidders must register in order to place a bid. By registering Bidders are giving their permission to receive emails in relation to this auction (confirmation of bid, winner notification etc). Bidders' personal details will not be sold or passed on to any other party.
- Bids can be placed between the start and end times of the auction. Bids must be placed online using the facility provided on this website. Bids received outside of these times or via any other method will not be included in the auction.
- This is a Sealed Bid auction. Bidders can submit their bid at any point between the auction start and end times. Bids will only be opened after the auction has closed.
- All bids are binding. All bids should be made in EUROS.
- The winning Bidder will be contacted within 24 hours of the end of the auction to arrange payment & shipping.
- Payment must be made via PayPal and submitted within 3 working days of notification of the winning bid. Any winning Bidder who fails to make payment will be excluded from bidding on future auctions.
- The winning Bidder is responsible for paying the shipping costs, in addition to their winning bid. An estimation of shipping costs is provided at the start of the auction.
- The artwork will be shipped within 3 working days of receipt of payment
- 10% of the winning bid will be donated by the artist to a charity of their choice. The charity will be named at the start of each auction.
